Neuro Linguistic programming (NLP) is the systematic research into human behavior. It is the method people use to put their thoughts into practice. The founders, Richard Bandler and John Grinder, started developing NLP in 70s. The works of renowned NLP authors, Alfred Korzybsky, Virginia Satir, Milton Erickson, Fritz Pearls, and Gregory Bateson influenced them. Significant contributors to NLP are Leslie Cameron, Steve & Connirae Anderson, and Robert Dilts, and they were considered as excellent models. Neurolinguistics was made possible by their combined efforts. This made it possible to study and pass on human greatness, which led to the creation of the most useful and effective psychology.
